The BT XR stacker trucks are ideally suited for use in narrow and confined spaces. With their short turning radius and reach mast, these machines are ideal for various environments, including cold stores. This stacker has a maximum lift height of 5.4 m and can optionally be equipped with sideshift or fork positioner to increase productivity. With the extendable mast, almost all types of pallets can be handled effortlessly. The sliding mast is designed to save space in the same way as reach trucks. For applications where long travel distances are infrequent, the truck can also be supplied as a pedestrian version.

The XR stacker is also available as a 'doublestock' variant, where an additional set of forks and a shorter mast are integrated into the truck. This allows simultaneous handling of two pallets of 600 kg each. This can be particularly useful for longer horizontal transport distances, with each movement saving one travel time. This variant of the truck is particularly popular in production and transhipment companies where there is limited space for large, long material handling machines such as forklifts and reach trucks.

To ensure continuous availability even in the most demanding situations, such as multi-shift operations, all stackers are equipped with easy battery change systems or long-lasting Li-Ion batteries.

Each BT stacker is equipped with maintenance-free AC technology, which significantly reduces maintenance time compared to previous generations by reducing the number of wear parts in the truck. All Toyota/BT machines are designed with maximum uptime in mind, which has been achieved by minimising maintenance requirements and working with a modular body concept.
