From Weighing Forks to Tilting Containers

As standard, a forklift truck has a fork carriage and forks to lift the load and then move it to unload it again at the desired location. In some cases, the standard forks are not handy enough or applications other than moving pallets of goods are desired. Prins Maasdijk therefore offers attachments especially applicable for the forklift truck. Examples of handy applications in combination with a forklift truck include weighing forks. Via a clear display, the driver of the forklift truck is immediately informed of the net load weight. A tipping container and/or scoop bucket is an ideal application of a forklift for quick and easy emptying. The contents can be waste, but certainly also raw materials that you transport internally within your company.

Plant fork

Forks specially designed for lifting potted plants save many operations in the nursery. With a plant fork, around three square metres of potted plants are lifted in one shift. They can then be set out elsewhere or go to the table for further processing. To pick up the plants again afterwards and set them out on the root canvas.
